As of WP-Client v.3.2.x, we have introduced a new licensing system. This new system will give our customers total control over what domains the plugin is active on, as well as easy access to the newest versions of WP-Client and all of it's extensions. Please read below for specifics.
After purchasing WP-Client, an account is automatically created for you at https://WebPortalHQ.com An email is sent to you containing your login email and password. If you do not have this password saved, you will need to perform a password reset.
Make sure to keep a record of this password, as we have no way of retrieving it for you. If you lose it, you will need to perform another password reset.
NOTE: The account is created under the EMAIL THAT THE PLUGIN WAS PURCHASED UNDER. Please keep this in mind when attempting to login or reset your password.
Please read carefully about our licensing process for WP-Client.
You will need to login to your Control Panel ( https://WebPortalHQ.com ) and enter each of your URL(s) for which you would like to use WP-Client.
IMPORTANT: Enter the domain ( only DOMAIN.COM - no http or www ). If you have a subdomain ( clients.domain.com ) then you WILL need to enter the subdomain just like in the parenthesis. If you have WordPress installed in a subdirectory ( domain.com/clients/ ) then you WILL NOT enter that path, you only will enter --domain.com-- in the domain field. Without the dashes
LAMP - MAMP - XAMPP - WAMP - LOCAL: If you are trying to activate on a local setup, enter only the following in the domain field: localhost
For local setups, this will work 98% of the time, but you may need to work with our Support Team to get activated, depending on your particular local setup
You will need to login to your Control Panel using the "Download Latest Version" link and information above to download the plugin
