You might have a plugin or theme conflict. Please perform these diagnostic steps before creating a support ticket.
1. Change temporarily to the default Twenty-Thirteen or Twenty-Fourteen theme and see if that fixes your issue. If so, then it's a theme conflict.
2. Deactivate all plugins except WP-Client and see if your issue is resolved. If so, then re-activate plugins one at a time to see which one is conflicting.
If you discover a conflict with WP-Client in your installation, and would like to continue using the plugin/theme that is conflicting, please feel free to submit a support ticket to us. In your message please indicate that you have completed the conflict diagnostic steps and have identified a conflict, and include the name of the plugin/theme that is conflicting. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve the conflict (sometimes changes need to be made to the other plugin/theme as well), we will certainly do everything in our power to get the issue resolved for you. Also please keep in mind that these types of issues can take a bit longer to resolve, and we humbly ask for your patience while we work towards a resolution.
